To register for the conference, please read the following information, then click the “Register Now” button below.
Clicking “Register Now” will open Sched, the conference app and platform, in a new window. Sched will ask you to log in to your account or to create one. If you attended the 2024 Conference, please use the same account.
Once in Sched, you will first be presented with selecting your registration “tickets” – your registration, the optional Saturday evening event, and t-shirt purchase. Once you have selected your tickets, you will be prompted to complete your registration information.
If you are an IPA USA member – email us for the discount code if you have not received it – enter the code in the “Promo Code” field and click “apply”. You will then see the discounted rate. Add your ticket(s) to your order, and click next to complete your registration form.
If you are not an IPA USA member and would like to join and save on your registration, please click here. Once you have become a member, please contact us with your member number to receive the discount code.
If you are a presenter, please email us if you have not received the discount code. Enter the code in the “Promo Code” field and click “Apply“. The discounted presenter registration ticket will then become visible. Add your ticket(s) to your order, and proceed to the form.
If you choose to pay by check/invoice, please be sure to include the check or purchase order number. Registrations are not complete until payment is received. IPA USA must receive payment by September 12, 2025.
Tour options can be found HERE. Please review the options before proceeding, as selecting a tour is required to complete the registration form.
Cancellations will be accepted until September 12, 2025. After that, no refunds will be issued, but registrations may be transferred.

Conference Registration Includes:
- All keynote and breakout education sessions. (Thursday and Friday)
- Wednesday night welcome reception at the Kentucky Science Museum.
- Friday transportation, lunch, and tours at Bernheim Forest and Arboretum
- Friday night reception at the Bernheim Forest and Arboretum, with an optional sunset walk following.
- Saturday Tours – including transportation to and from tour destinations, boxed lunches, and admission fees (where applicable)
