The 2026 White Paper
Accessibility
We believe that knowledge is most valuable when it can be shared, explored, and understood by everyone. With this commitment to inclusion in mind, we have taken steps to make this white paper more accessible to readers with diverse needs and to those who use assistive technologies. The original document has been divided into smaller, more manageable sections to support navigation and use with screen readers. We have also incorporated accessibility practices informed by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, including meaningful headings and links, alternative text for images, sufficient color contrast, properly structured data tables with appropriate row and column headers, and an accessible document structure. These efforts reflect our commitment to reducing barriers to information and helping ensure that the ideas, research, and insights shared in this white paper can reach and benefit the widest possible audience.
