2024 IPA USA Conference Dates:
Wednesday, September 25 – Saturday, September 28, 2024

On-site Registration:

  • On-site registration will be available Wednesday, September 25 from 2:00 – 5:00 pm, and Thursday, September 26, from 7:00 – 10:00 am. Onsite fees must be paid via credit card.
  • For those registering onsite who opt to attend Saturday Tours, please note tour options and lunch box choices will be limited.

How To Pack:

  • The dress code for the conference is casual. Be mindful to pack “layers”, as you’ll be moving from the outdoors to indoor breakout rooms regularly, outdoors on Saturday, etc.
  • Wear comfortable shoes for walking, especially between conference breakout locations and during the Tours on Saturday.
  • Bring an umbrella! We are (unfortunately) expecting some rain on Thursday and Friday, with the weather in the mid-60s to mid-70s. Saturday, fingers crossed, the sun returns for Tour Day! Click here to keep an eye on the weather.

The Conference App – SCHED

  • SCHED is where you can find all the conference information, including most of what you’ll read here, plus be able to communicate with fellow attendees, provide session feedback, and much more.
  • To use SCHED, you will use the same account login information you used to register.
  • The easiest way to start is to go here – https://ipausa2024right2playnow.sched.com/. You can use SCHED via your web browser using this link, or follow the links to download the app from iTunes or Google Play for a better mobile experience.

Important Conference Locations

Using Your Uber Credits

  • Claim your $30 Uber credit for the conference by either clicking the link HERE, or using this code rfyZX76ZLXP in the Uber app.
    • This credit is valid ONLY during the duration of the conference. Credits not used by Sunday, September 29 will be forfeited.
    • This credit is limited to use within a small radius of conference locations. This does include travel between the Greenville/Spartanburg Airport and the conference hotels (and a limited radius surrounding these hotels.)
    • We highly encourage you to utilize the chat function in the SCHED app to coordinate rides and maximize your Uber dollars!
