New for 2025!! The 2025 Conference will include THREE FULL DAYS of inspiring sessions, starting the afternoon of Wednesday, October 22, 2025, with registration and a welcome reception at the Kentucky Science Center. Thursday, Conference sessions will also be held at the Kentucky Science Center, and on Friday, buses will take conference participants to Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest for a full day of sessions and an evening reception, and buses will return you to your hotel on Friday evening. Tour Day will feature outstanding programs and locations with an optional evening event on Saturday.

Other highlights and important dates:

• The Call For Presentations will open in February 2025.
• Registration is expected to open in May 2025, with early bird rates available through approx. early September.
