New for 2025!! The 2025 Conference will include THREE FULL DAYS of breakout sessions, starting the morning of Wednesday, October 22, 2025. If you have attended previous conferences and arrived Wednesday morning, please plan to arrive on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, to be ready to start Wednesday morning!

Other highlights and important dates:

• Friday, October 24, will be a full day at the Bernheim Forest & Arboretum
• Badge pick-up will start Tuesday, October 21 from 2:00 – 6:00 pm.
• The Call For Presentations will open in February 2025.
• Registration is expected to open in May 2025, with early bird rates available through approx. early September.
