Welcome to Louisville!! The 2025 Conference will start on the afternoon of Wednesday, October 22, 2025, with registration and a welcome reception at the Kentucky Science Center. Thursday, Conference sessions will also be held at the Kentucky Science Center. Friday, buses will take conference participants to Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest for a full day of sessions, tours, lunch, an evening reception, plus an optional sunset walk. Saturday is Tour Day and will feature even more outstanding programs and locations with an optional evening event on Saturday.

• The call for presentations is closed. We will be notifying presenters in early June.
• Registration is expected to open in late June or early July 2025, with early-bird rates available for a limited time.
