Please read the following, and confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance on your registration form.

Liability Waiver and Consent

In registering for the 2025 IPA Annual Conference, I acknowledge the sessions with which I’ll be attending, and the locations I’ll be visiting, by nature, encourage participation and engagement in physical activity, and may also encourage interaction with my environment, including but not limited to plants, animals, and play structures, all of which include the risk of injury. 

By registering for the 2025 IPA USA Annual Conference, I acknowledge the risks and circumstances associated with participating in the conference activities, and agree to hold IPA USA and its partners, vendors, hosts, transportation providers (Friday and Saturday) and/or contractors free from liability and responsibility in the event of injury, property damage, additional incurred costs, or other such circumstance by which I may be negatively affected or have caused such effect.

Consent to be Photographed 

In registering for the 2025 IPA Annual Conference, I acknowledge that my photograph may be taken, and my image and/or likeness used in the future by IPA USA for general or specific marketing purposes. i.e., future conferences, website, etc. 

IPA USA will not use my image or likeness in a derogatory fashion or sell it to outside organizations.

Cancellation Policy

In registering for the 2025 IPA Annual Conference, I acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 12, 2025. 

In the event that I cannot attend, my registration is transferable to another attendee. (Members may transfer to non-members, but the non-member attendee will need to pay the difference in registration fees as they stand at the time the transfer is conducted.) To process this transfer, I will contact IPA USA as early as possible, and no later than the first day of the conference. 

Registrations may not be shared or split between multiple attendees. Substitutions or transfers may NOT occur after the original attendee has checked into or attended any Annual Conference events.
